1. Delivery & Shipping Information
Since Printful handles the logistics, your delivery time is Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.
Fulfillment Time: Explain that each item is custom-printed only when ordered. This usually takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping Estimates: Provide ranges based on Printful’s averages:Domestic (USA/UK/EU): 3–6 business days.International: 10–20 business days.
Tracking: Let customers know they will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the Printful facility.
Customs Fees: Explicitly state that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT taxes incurred upon arrival.
Pro Tip: Create a table on your shipping page so customers can quickly see the estimated "Total Time" from click to doorstep.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Printful’s policy is quite specific, and yours should mirror it so you aren't left paying for mistakes out of pocket.
What is Covered (Free Replacements)
Damaged or Misprinted Items: If the product arrives with a hole, a faded print, or the wrong design, Printful covers the cost. Ask customers to submit a photo of the issue within 30 days.
Lost in Transit: If the tracking hasn't updated and the estimated delivery date has passed, you can submit a claim for a reshipment.
What is NOT Covered (Customer Responsibility)
Buyer’s Remorse: Since items are custom-made, most POD sellers do not offer returns if a customer simply changes their mind.
Wrong Size: This is the most common issue. State clearly that you do not offer exchanges for wrong sizes because the item was printed specifically for them. Encourage them to check the Size Chart before buying.
Wrong Address: If the customer provides an insufficient address, the package is sent back to Printful. The customer will have to pay for reshipping.
3. Suggested "Quick Facts" for Your Footer
To reduce customer support tickets, put these bullet points in a "Help" or "FAQ" section:
Eco-Friendly: "We print items only when you order them, reducing textile waste and overproduction."
Multiple Shipments: "If you order different types of items (like a hat and a poster), they may arrive in separate packages because they are fulfilled at different facilities."
Address Changes: "Changes can only be made within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order is sent to fulfillment, it cannot be edited."
4. Sample Policy Language

"Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection."
Free Shipping Terms
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100 to UK addresses. For orders under £100, standard shipping costs a maximum of £10.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and excludes expedited or express shipping options. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for free standard shipping.
Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders containing oversized items, which may incur additional shipping charges. We'll notify you of any additional fees before processing your order.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions and will be quoted shipping costs at checkout based on destination and weight.

1. Order Fulfillment & Custom Nature
By placing an order, you acknowledge that our products are made-to-order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
Modifications: We cannot guarantee any changes (size, color, or address) once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner.
Production Times: Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, though this may fluctuate during peak seasons.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) to deliver your goods.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping windows provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier backlogs.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
3. Returns and Refunds
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, our return policy is limited:
Defects: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost upon verification (photo evidence required).
Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "Buyer’s Remorse" or for ordering the incorrect size. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)
For orders shipped outside of our primary fulfillment hubs, you (the customer) are considered the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Import Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are your responsibility.
